Excessive Heat Warning Prompts Cancellation of Friday, July 19, Program at Trail-Way Speedway

Hanover, Pa. (7/18/19) - Due to an extreme heat advisory, Trail-Way Speedway has been forced to cancel the Friday, July 19, racing program.

With heat index temperatures expected to reach or exceed 105 degrees, conditions would be dangerous not only for fans but also for employees, drivers and race teams.

Racing resumes at Trail-Way Speedway the following Friday, July 26, with the 358 Sprints, 600 Micro Sprints, Street Stocks, Limited Stocks and Classic Cars “Lyle Adcock Memorial.” The event will feature Kids Race Car Rides. Gates open at 5:30PM, with racing scheduled to begin at 7:45PM.

Wurtzer's Garage Night and Camera & Autograph Night is postponed to Friday, August 9.
